How Often Is The Base Rate Reviewed

The Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) is responsible for setting the UK’s base interest rate, commonly known as the Bank Rate. The MPC convenes eight times a year, approximately every six weeks, to review and determine this rate.
